About Keeley Consulting...
Ethel Keeley, President of Keeley Consulting, has an extensive background in education and career development. She has spent many years as a classroom teacher and as a Special Projects Coordinator administering the Tech Prep and School-to-Work programs. As a curriculum writer, she has created communication classes as well as a high school mentorship program that allows students to have work site experience in any career area. Keeley provides workshops for businesses as well as education systems and has worked with several state agencies, such as departments of education, labor, and employment and training.
Keeley's involvement with The Real Game programs began in 1994 with the test pilot phase of the first program, The Real Game. Since that time she has worked as a member of the U. S. and Canadian team in the program development of all of the games and is a master trainer for all six of the programs, providing train-the-trainer and facilitator training. Keeley has trained participants in the programs throughout the U. S., Canada, United Kingdom, and Hungary.
